Cancellation Policy – Kitchen Ninja

At Kitchen Ninja, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, if you need to cancel an order, please read the policy below:

📌 Order Cancellation Terms

• You can request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.
  After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.

• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To cancel an order, email us at ccreator981@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before shipping,
  the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require a refund, but please inform us if you wish to cancel, to help us reduce unnecessary shipping.

🚫 Kitchen Ninja reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

• Invalid address or contact details

• Payment issues or security flags

• Unavailability of stock
